Do you remember me? I will remember you...

Meme Time
From immlass

If you read this, if your eyes are passing over this right now, even if we don't speak often, please post a comment with a memory of you and me. It can be anything you want, either good or bad. I promise not to come after you with a spatula, either way.

When you're finished, post this little paragraph on your blog and be surprised (or mortified) about what people remember about you.

As you said, lots of memories, but: we're having wine in the glasses you gave us when we got engaged with our dinner this evening. It's our first meal that we've cooked (not microwaved or thrown together in the toaster oven) in our new home.
I remember Fondue. It was a 'this is how we should spend time with our friends' moment.
Actually its not really just one memory. A series sorta. I remember every christmas morning that we used to go to grandmama's for brunch. Everyone usually was there. I can even somewhat remember Grandpapa being there. I miss those times so much.

Those were lovely times, and I miss them as well. I remember watching you run the entire Christmas pagent, onstage, with the "supporting" role of the Christmas Angel.
I remember standing with you at an airport parking area near Baltimore. The circumstances escape me, but it somehow oddly worked out that we could visit for a short while in this random place and it was rather nice.
The memory of you that is forever engraved on my heart . . . .

You are still in bed in the old apartment. All I can see is your face and your eyes are dancing with delighted mischief. YOu have the little grin on your face that says, "I can be a brat, but aren't I cute".

And I'm thinking to myself, 'Yes . . . yes. . . you are.'

Sorry if thats too sentimental folks . . .

On the rocks

The rocks in the engineering quad, and a long, serious discussion about life.

Re: On the rocks

Yeah, I remember that one, too.
I remember long talks just past where we could reach in the ocean. (Well, bay, Gulf, whatever that is off Galveston.)

Cheesy icon aside, that really does make me smile, remembering. :)

I found my swim suit this week! Now that it's too cold. :( It will get warm again, though! :)

I'm going to wait a bit to post this in my blog, since I just posted another meme that's really similar.
